Mr. Bojangles lives up to his name. He is a lively and spunky little boy, often found causing havoc and mischief in the name of fun.  His favorite toy, however, is not something we expected, but a blue glow stick. When it comes time for pictures, he is eager to strike a pose and strut his stuff.
